Complete Client Login Vault Setup Guide
Follow these steps carefully during the first setup.

Select Your Vault Folder
Click 📁 Select Folder in Client Login Vault and choose the computer or device folder where you want the vault to live. Choose a folder that you can easily find and back up.

Allow Local Folder Access
When the browser asks for permission, allow the application to use the selected folder. This permission is needed so the tool can save and read its encrypted vault files.

Save the Application Page
The first setup saves Client Login Vault.html inside the selected vault folder. Keep the webpage and encrypted vault data together in that folder.

Create Your Master Password
Create a strong master password of at least 8 characters and confirm it. This password is required to unlock the encrypted vault. Do not forget it.

Create Your First Client
Open + New Client and enter the client’s name, company or business name, phone, email, address and notes as required. Save the client.

Add Websites and Services
Go to Websites and add the services your clients use, such as GST portals, accounting systems, hosting, social media or other business websites.

Add Client Login Details
Open the relevant client and add a login. Enter the website or service, website URL, username or email, password, account ID, recovery information and notes where applicable.

Use Search and Open Website
Use the search box to find clients, websites, usernames or URLs. When a login has a website URL, use the website action to open that service.

Save and Back Up Your Vault
Use Save Vault Now when needed and keep a secure backup of the vault folder. For restoration, use the encrypted backup option whenever possible.

Bookmark the Saved Vault Page
Open the saved Client Login Vault.html file from your selected folder. On Windows/Linux press Ctrl+D; on Mac press Command+D. Bookmark the saved local page, not merely the original web download.
Important: Browser security rules control access to local folders.
If the browser asks for folder permission again, grant access to the same vault folder.
Also keep your master password safe because the application cannot recover a forgotten
master password.
